1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Buetche, including its website, mobile application, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Buetche is owned and operated by Heliophile LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Heliophile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Buetche, creating an account, or purchasing Buetche Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Buetche. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may use Buetche only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Buetche, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

4. Buetche’s Purpose

Buetche helps users organize grocery shopping, compare available product and store information, explore nearby stores, create lists and recipes, use AI-supported features, and view or share community-posted deals.

Buetche is an informational and organizational service. We are not a grocery retailer, delivery service, financial adviser, nutritionist, or representative of the stores displayed in the Service.

5. Price, Product, and Store Information

Prices, products, promotions, inventory, store hours, distances, availability, taxes, fees, package sizes, and other retailer information may come from third-party sources, retailers, users, automated systems, or external data providers.

This information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or different from what is available at the store or during checkout. Prices and availability can change without notice and may vary by location, membership status, fulfillment method, or other factors.

Buetche does not guarantee that any displayed price is current, that a product is in stock, or that a particular store will honor information shown in the Service. Users should verify important details directly with the retailer before purchasing or traveling.

Heliophile LLC is not responsible for purchasing decisions, travel expenses, missed promotions, pricing differences, unavailable products, or losses caused by reliance on displayed information.

6. Location and Travel Estimates

Buetche may use a ZIP code, city, selected location, or device permission to show nearby stores and estimated travel information.

Distances, travel times, routes, and fuel-cost estimates are approximations and may not reflect current traffic, road closures, vehicle efficiency, or actual costs. Users remain responsible for travel decisions and personal safety.

7. Shopping Lists, Recipes, Voice, and AI Features

Buetche may provide AI-generated recipes, shopping lists, suggestions, product interpretations, and speech-to-text results.

AI-generated or voice-generated content may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable ingredients, incorrect quantities, or misunderstood speech. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it.

Buetche does not provide medical, dietary, allergy, or nutritional advice. Users must independently check ingredients, labels, allergens, food-safety requirements, dietary restrictions, cooking temperatures, and health concerns. Never rely solely on Buetche for allergy or medical decisions.

Availability, limits, models, and capabilities of AI features may change.

8. Community Deals and User Content

Users may be able to post, like, verify, report, or share deals and other content. Community content is submitted by users and is not automatically verified or endorsed by Heliophile LLC.

A “verified by users” label only indicates that a specified number of users selected the verification option. It is not a guarantee by Buetche that the deal is accurate, available, safe, or currently valid.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to Buetche, you grant Heliophile LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content at our discretion, including content that is expired, inaccurate, reported, unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, unsafe, promotional spam, or otherwise inappropriate. Automated moderation actions may remove content after specified limits are reached.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Submit false, deceptive, unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, or infringing content.
• Manipulate likes, reports, verifications, subscriptions, or other engagement systems.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation with a store or company.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use Buetche to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Resell, commercially exploit, or reproduce substantial portions of the Service without written permission.
• Use automated tools to create accounts, posts, requests, or artificial activity without authorization.

10. Free Service and Advertising

The free version of Buetche may include advertisements and feature limitations. Advertisements are provided by third parties and do not constitute an endorsement by Heliophile LLC.

We are not responsible for advertisers, their products, claims, websites, transactions, or privacy practices.

11. Buetche Pro Subscription

Buetche Pro is offered for $2.99 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled. The applicable payment provider will charge the payment method associated with the purchase at the beginning of each billing period.

You may cancel at any time using the subscription-management option shown in Buetche or through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Payments are nonrefundable, and partial billing periods are not prorated, except where required by law or expressly stated by the applicable payment provider.

Deleting Buetche or deleting your account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed through an app store or outside payment provider. You are responsible for confirming cancellation through the provider that processes your subscription.

We may change subscription pricing or included features by providing notice as required by law or the applicable platform. Any required consent to a price increase will be handled through the applicable billing provider.

12. Trials and Promotions

If Buetche offers a free trial, discount, coupon, or promotional subscription, the specific terms shown at enrollment will apply. Unless stated otherwise, a trial may convert into a paid, automatically renewing subscription if it is not canceled before the trial ends.

Promotions may be limited, modified, or discontinued subject to applicable law.

13. Third-Party Services

Buetche may rely on or link to third-party services, including retailers, payment providers, app stores, authentication providers, maps, AI systems, advertisers, and data providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements.

14. Intellectual Property

Buetche, its software, branding, logos, designs, text, features, and other materials—excluding user content and third-party materials—are owned by or licensed to Heliophile LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Buetche for lawful, noncommercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

15. Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about Buetche, you allow Heliophile LLC to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

16. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or parts of Buetche. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, provider outages, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Buetche at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address security risks.

Sections that logically should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buetche is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Heliophile LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant the accuracy of prices, products, promotions, store information, user content, AI output, recipes, shopping lists, advertisements, or third-party data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heliophile LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or purchasing decisions arising from Buetche.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heliophile LLC’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Heliophile LLC for Buetche during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heliophile LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Buetche, your user content, or your material violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled by a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Buetche changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through Buetche or by email. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
